Cervantes Announces Bill to Create an Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission for the Riverside County Board of Supervisors
(SACRAMENTO) – Today, Assemblymember Sabrina Cervantes (D-Corona) announced that Assembly Bill 1307, which would create an independent citizens redistricting commission to draw district boundaries for the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, will be moving through the legislative process and is expected to be given an Assembly policy committee hearing in January.
