(SACRAMENTO) – Today, Senate Bill 130, which restores critical funding for the newly incorporated cities of Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Menifee, and Wildomar, was approved by the California State Assembly on a bipartisan vote of 72-1.

Cervantes Bill to Provide Environmental Justice Representation on the California Transportation Commission Approved by Appropriations Committee

(SACRAMENTO) – Today, the Assembly Appropriations Committee approved Assembly Bill 179 by Assemblymember Sabrina Cervantes (D-Corona) by a vote of 11 to 5. AB 179 would require one of the eleven appointed members of the California Transportation Commission (CTC) to have had experience working on environmental justice issues.
